Slight variations in shape, colour, texture, and finishing details naturally occur. These are not faults but rather a result of the unique craftsmanship and artistry involved.

 

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items sold. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once buyer ordered, buyer agree to our refund policy.

The Item You Received Is Faulty Or Damaged

 

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at support@sweeties-shop.com right away.

 

Buyers must provide an unboxing video.
The video must be recorded in one continuous shot.
The shipping label and the complete unboxing process must be clearly shown.

 

Additionally, please keep the product packaging, the package box, and the package bag. We need valid information from these three types of packaging to handle after-sales issues. Please remember that the absence of this information may prevent us from providing after-sales service.
